full mirror polish down

all new hardware & gaskets etc ....

Been a couple years since this piggie ran. AJ and I fiddled with it for a little and got it running. Carb is trashed. Motor sounds good except for a few tight valves. But wanted to get this one running and start a baseline list for the complete build out.

Amazing these old engines can run this well on a over fueled/ flooded carb.

Nope, that didn't do it. So, I'll try replacing the soft lines. Got the pretty braided cloth for under the hood, basic black for underneath the body.

Finished the body filler, got everything primed. My brother will be block sanding priming and painting in our absence. My real “job” gets in the way again. My son and I had to head home around noon in order to celebrate Fathers Day with my girls (wife and daughter). Hope to go back and pick everything up in 3 weeks.
