With the body off I am pushing hard to knock out those little things that are hard to get to. Wire wheeled the frame in prep for frame paint, and also cleaned/painted the iron part of the NV4500. Also took the chance today to prep and paint the twin sticks.

Rear axle all reassembled with disc conversion, bearings, seals, gaskets, brake lines and a couple coats of POR15.
Which disc brake conversion did you use.
Did they refinish the hardware and plastic covers/latches?I dropped them off and picked them up 24 hours later. I know you can mail them in and they will send them back. No. They cleaned them up a bit but did not restore, refinish or polish. They were in pretty good shape other than the webbing. They may offer that service. You would have to ask. They are very nice people and run a clean operation from what I can tell.

Picked up a Con-Fer basket locally for cheap.
Cleaned up the rust, painted it with rust reformer and semi-gloss enamel and mounted it.

Had to remove the rear sill to put the rear sill brace in, the rear sill brace is fully welded to the rear sill, and the rear sill is tacked back into place. The quarter panel wasn't a direct fit, but it only needed to be massaged (lightly hammered) into place. It's all tacked into place and lined up perfectly, I'll be welding it all completely tomorrow. Truck will be for sale once finished.

Bought a set of 5-tires; 700-15.
However, they seem extremely narrow compared to images I have seen. They are Power King Extra Traction and measure just under 5" at the tread width.
What did I do wrong! Is there a different model that is closer to 7"

Wired up my windshield wiper motor had to give it a few light tabs with a hammer and it works perfect on both speeds

Painted the frame and the roll cage.... I have got a fair bit to learn about using a hvlp gun before I paint actual body panels..
Sharing this...need to get back to it after everything opens back up

7.00" is the cross section, not the tread width. You're probably gong to have to go with a 9" cross section to get close to a 7" tread width.

They are not. Fixed top, removable top with latches, and later bolt on 45 tops are all a little different and don't interchange off the shelf. In the event you had one of each on the shelf.
