Found out my master cylinder is shot.

I wish I could say the same. My parking spot looks like a murder scene

That's what my diesel looks like, maybe a few quarts of old dirty oil that puddles up under the thing.

Added a set of aftermarket stainless steel wiper motors.
Direct bolt in! They actually park! Look great!
My originals never parked, and were over 50 years old. I'm happy

When you say “park” it means?

When you turn off the wipers, they continue until the end of their sweep and stop or "park". :)

My originals would just stop wherever you turned off the switch.

Are you running the Gano coolant filter? Not that it is related.

Did you have anything other than distilled for flushing, that might still be in circulation?

I soldered my radiator before, but I don't know about the heater core.

Actually I do have a Gano filter installed in my cooling system, the coolant looks pretty clean when it’s flowing, and it’s only distilled water and antifreeze.

I have noticed a small weep from the rear core for a while, nothing worth worrying about, until now.

I haven’t ran my 40 in a week or more.
Hopefully this weekend I can crawl back there and see what I can do.

Picked up the original gas tank from Macs Radiators here in Salem yesterday. They hot tanked it, welded up all the pin holes, sealed it, pressure tested it, then epoxy primed it. One thing they did which I wasn't expecting was weld three giant patches on the top side of the tank. Oh well, its its mostly under the seat... 312 bucks for the service, which is what I expected . Inside of the tank is mint!
Anyhoo, got the tank into paint today along with the tire carrier.

Oh, and I was able to rescue the original fuel sender. Don't know if it will work, but glad a was able to fix it.

Dang!
I searched all over SoCal for a shop to pressure test and reseal my gas tank.
Nobody would touch it....Ended up doing it myself, with limited supplies and input from fellow mud members.

@PuKE yep
I have learned to do many things myself. Not much of a work ethic here in Arizona! The land of manana in more ways than one!!
