I printed the same one :D here’s mine. I’m reprinting soon with a beige filament and dialing in fuzzy skin instead of winging it.

I printed a base plate (drawn in white) to clear the lip on the side (is that LX specific? idk) The placement seems spot on - haven’t had any complaints from any passengers.

Attached with strips of this 3M tape with no problems yet

edit because the pictures don’t show it: I lined up the outside right angle of the phone holder to sit slightly outside of the PWR button. Perfect dimensions from the guy who designed it IMO

That's super helpful to see, thanks!! For some reason I was struggling to find a decent picture of how somebody got it to fit on there properly with the lip of the console coming up a bit. I did consider making some sort of base plate to make it level so good to know it's a decent solution. Slowly but surely getting into the 3d printing hobby so I'll take any excuse to draw something up from scratch

2000 miles trip from LA to Vegas, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho , Montana and back. Yellowstone and Montana are some of the most beautiful place on earth!

Finally got around to changing a few New OEM parts I had sitting around.

Steering Main Shaft Dust Seal
Drivers Side Door Seal

I also needed a new Foam Strip for the gap between Radiator and Radiator Support. Went to Home Depot and Bought High Density Rubber Foam and it worked out Great. Cant Remember the Size I purchased, I had an old piece to go off of but should be easy to determine the size when you see it in person.

Nice!! Did the ABS delete cause a firmer pedal or is that attributed to the powerstop brakes? How's the initial bite compared to stock?
ABS & LSPV delete was a game changer for my brakes, massive improvement in pedal feel and stopping power even with stock pads and rotors.

It’s super fun, we got ours in december so I’m pretty fresh too. Being able to model even basic stuff is super handy. I’ll try to find the few 3D printing threads we have on here and edit with some links

The ABS delete did give me a firmer pedal but the new pads and rotors along with a solid bleed job have really made the difference. I am going to peddle my ABS parts here pretty soon. I took them out cleanly.
I do have to say that I replaced so much all at the same time, I can't really attribute a lot of change to a single factor. Altogether it worked out well. A lot of work in three days though. I had a glitch with my rear actuator. I took them apart to clean and use LCP rebuild kits on both actuators. I got the throw wrong on the rear actuator and it was not engaging fully. The actuator had to be taken back apart and re-indexed under the rig.
The weather here in Redding is super duper hot right now so I don't plan on doing any more with/to it until we are out of Satan's grip.

Installed the seat cover from Escape Gear, a great combination of comfort and durability.

Those look great! I almost sprung for those about 3 years ago, as my right hand drive Aussie import has the same interior. But I ended up balking at the price tag and got Cover Craft instead. They've been good, but already starting to fray a little on the driver's side edge. They've probably got a couple more years in them, and then I'll likely spring for the Escape Gear after all.

Please forgive my ignorance but why is this important?

The seal between the rad and the engine compartment to make the cooling system more efficient
Is this the seal between the engine fan shroud and the radiator? Until now I had never heard of that.

Please forgive my ignorance but why is this important?
You want as much clean air from outside the engine compartment coming through the front of the radiator as possible. If you don't have this strip, a small amount of already heated air (from the engine) gets recirculated through the radiator.

Look at what solvefunction is offering through DeltaVS. Looks super rad!!

Yes. The OEM Rad came with the foam. Not sure if they still do.
Not quite. The foam on the OEM radiator is on the side forward of the shroud. It is where the radiator marries up to front frame and stops air escaping around the radiator sides. Foam on the shroud side would be pointless as any air will have already passed over the radiator fins.

Read post #72,804. We are talking about the gap. Mine came with the foam from the mfg.
