I think the PO of mine got scammed with this, or he just knew I would look when I asked a bunch of questions including his Mud handle, because he disclosed this early. So I knowingly have a switch but no lockers. Just waiting on that $600 stimulus sale to swap something in. 😔

When I bought mine in 97, I didn't know what lockers were. If I had known I would have looked for one already equiped with factory lockers. Wound up adding ARBs in 2010. That was an expensive addition! That said, I have been very happy with them.

Turbo tax stole mine, those greedy sob's taking my free funny money....... I really needed it to help build my cruiser in preperation for the upcoming civil war that is bound to happen when the government takes away my rights and trys to legalize pedophilia.

Haha, JK. I was watching too much YouTube last night

ARB front bumper came in and to my surprise it fits in the back.

Took the Doggo out with me

A few months ago I took advantage of a Amazon deal and got myself a Iceco JP40

It took me awhile, but last week I got the parts needed to add a 12v source in the trunk. And today I finally finish the install!
I ran 4awg wire POS and NEG to the pax side rear quarter
Photo Jan 06, 12 07 55.jpg

Ran it thru the firewall, along the back of the engine bay (was it a bad route?) and into a 80A circuit breaker.

Then I drill some holes and used some rubber grommets to run the cables to the little cubby and attached it to a Bluesea fuse box.
And I went ahead and wired in a Bluesea panel with a voltmeter, 12v plug and usb ports!

The 4awg is a bit to big for the panel, but I managed to still fit the cover on the fuse box.
I'm still a beginner at wrenching and working on my cars but I'm very happy with the result!
So far, nothing caught on fire :p
Please let me know if you guys see any thing extremely wrong/dangerous!

Extremely?
No.

Can now say I am supercharged! Lot of moving parts fell into place with ending up being able to find a supercharger and rebuild it for basically free. After getting this used supercharger I sent it off to Jon Bond Performance and have them do a full rebuild and install a 3.0 pulley. From what I can tell they did an excellent job And it looks like a brand new blower and feels like it. The past two nights we installed it and last night we were able to crank it over for the first time. Big thanks to @LC4LIFE and @ExpoMax for helping me throw this on and making sure its done correctly. It took us probably 6 hours between the 3 of us start to finish. Firing it up it started up fine and I think as its learning and getting the old unleaded gas out its getting better with idling and driving. I probably have 50 miles on it so far and its awesome! Not tire chirping but it feels like they should have come like this from the factory it makes it feel like a modern car. Not quite as fast as my dads tundra with a 4.7 V8 but not far off. Pretty awesome getting a truck on 37s to keep up with traffic here living at 7,000 feet. The truck feels happy my only concern is the clearence between the fan and the supercharger pulley I retained the stock fan and my modifed blue hub fan clutch and ended up having to space the fan clutch to clear the pulleys with washers but even with that the clearence is still super tight.

I’m super happy with how it’s running and I am the happiest guy in the world. I think next up will be a full 3 inch exhaust and a single high flow cat and I think it will open it up even more.

Also as I was awaiting the supercharger to get rebuilt and its been sitting in the garage for the past month I installed 1.5 wheel spacers and insulated the entire interior. Makes it feel way more Mercedes like closing the doors and road noise is definitely cut down but now I can just hear my bad window seals even more. Definitely would recommend doing the Killomat I’m glad i did it definitely worth while. Also pulled the flares and put new weather stripping on as well

And I also forgot when the group buy was going on I got the rear tailgate storage. So far I really like it I think I will love it more when I take it camping a and figure out what actually should go in there but right now I just have some basic tools and a recovery strap. I am done dumping money into this for at least a month or two now I think :bang:.

That’s a ton of work (and coin). I’m supremely jealous especially of the sound deadening mat and flare gaskets. Start to finish, how long do you think it took to remove your seats, clean everything, install deadening and put it all back together?

Your stock fan will eventually flex and possibly take out your radiator. Better to use the TRD SC ringed fan until you can find the 4.slow fan that some have used in hot areas.

Appreciate it thank you! It was a ton of work but in my mind cheaper then a car payment haha. And I was able to pull all of this off for under $800 start to finish out of my pocket for everything I got really lucky with how I got this all setup. For the insulation it took me a probably 8 hours start to finish on it. It wasn’t to bad and a impact makes it super easy pulling all the big stuff out. I also had some extra red clips laying around from pulling the tailgate carpet off which was good because I ended up breaking a few more then I would have liked to. Really recommend it it ended up being around $120 for the insulation I got 64 feet of the 80mm stuff and that did the doors and the floors. Thanks!
