Would earth magnets be strong enough to hold each other through the glass? You could put felt on the sides mounting to the glass.
I have a new plan that involves magnets!

Got me some Kut Snake flares from @mmcinnis to likely replace my cracked oem flares. Will try to post some pics when I install them. Thanks for the quick service!

Headed out on a little business trip a couple weeks back. A couple nights traveling thru Central California. Found some fun wheeling up on Miller Trail!

Shipped the cars to the next duty station (Ft. Bragg, NC). They will arrive a few days before me, so @tstepp920 offered to receive them and stay at his place for a few days.

MUD members are awesome!

Back by popular demand...

What tires say about a Land Cruiser Owner:

37's say, "I'm the big dog, you're gonna have a hard time following me, hehehe, burp, get me to MOAB for some pic's, My rig's name is Lenny, I remember one time on the trail I lost my brand new Oakleys...".

What about the Cali guys running 37's..... "A two inch lift will clear 37's with no rubbing as long as I extend my bump stops, and my rig has plenty of power without a re-gear."

Hahaha, yeah, true, if these 37" guys understood mechanical advantage of regearing...they'd rather buy adjustable King shocks.

Love the roof-top tents and the area you were in looks fabulous. I noticed one thing in your photos.....I am all for masks, I wear one anytime I go "where there are people". You on the other hand were in the middle of nowhere.......just saying! :)

Ha, that’s all good. Probably does look odd in that pic. That is actually my boss looking on at the mess ahead of us. We got stuck behind 4 trucks and about 10 college kids at the crux of the trail that we were helping out trying to get their trucks thru around that time. I also have an organ transplant and am immunocompromised due to the anti rejection meds so a mask has become an all too frequent accessory now lol.

Went to the ol Muffler Doctor today to get a real CAT put in rather than the Flowmast cheap s*** I stuck in a few years ago when the budget was slim... much to my surprise after only two years... well one was fine

The other... uh...

So changed that s*** out for a fresh dual in, single 2.5" out cat from Magnaflow. It's one of their CARB ones, which I don't need in WA but I wanted because this thing has a tendency to smell like a tractor in the winter and I have to idle a lot.

Sounds a bit different now, but man did I pick up some power by not having 3cyls choked to death, honestly it ran so well even clogged up I didn't notice it had lost so much power. The rig feels light again.

Oh and these came, gonna have to install soon, thanks again @crikeymike

Aahhhh....makes perfect sense now! I hope you get the vaccine ASAP!

I’m with you brother!!! I got a kidney transplant in 2002, and my kid has a congenital heart defect. We hate ‘em, but we wear ‘em. Stay safe out there, keep your brothers and sisters safe too!

I've seen this scam a few times on craigslist and ebay. I asked to see the K294 code for mine

There are just some outright savages out there. Dang.

damn, that is cold. When I bought mine I had the axles, the switch and the K294 code. Lockers engaged but no lights on cluster. Come to find out the cluster was swapped with a non locked cruiser. Adding bulbs fixed that but now question my actual mileage.. lol

Not taking credit on this one - a buddy just sent it to me from a Twitter post

which one of you was this?
(Was on an 80)

remember to look at the axles!

This reminds me of one from 1981.
1981 was the first year for available 5 speeds in the 4WD trucks. We had one come in to the dealership with the complaint that it would not go into 5th gear. The cause was "5 speed knob on 4 speed transmission." That dude was not very happy.
