Started insulating the doors.

Two layers of Noico 80 mil butyl mat. 1st layer lining the inside of the door and the 2nd layer on the outside.

Also, two layers of Noico 150 mil closed cell foam. 1st layer inside the door over the butyl and the 2nd layer covering the full door panel.

@nigelsiam I did just install this ironman 2'' lift about 2 weeks ago. At first I thought it was too stiff. but then I realized the alignment guy filled my tires to 60 PSI! im back down to 35ish now on my BFG ko2's. I had this setup on my wifes old GX and I really liked it then. I also had old man emu on my old 100 and I just remember it being really rigid. This is a little softer than that, but definitely not like a king or icon shock setup. Its really good bang for the buck. I also just installed 1'' front spacers because I wasn't loving the rake the front had. I love the stance now! @ $1300 for everything including caster correction bushings, its hard to beat!

Awesome... Thanks for the reply.

They already aren't that affordable. Those housing prices are not even close. But I second it that we'll take you.

Didn't do anything with the 80 as I was visiting the in-laws in Tacoma.

Nope, not at all. Some hum from the tires but that's it. Mostly for quality on the in progress sound system upgrade. However, also for a quieter cabin and temperature regulation.

Upgraded my Toyota Tercel 140 amp with new Photoman small pulley , I had purchased this Alternator from Ebay back about three years ago as spare. My current v went up from 12.5 v to 14.3 v. It is must upgrade if you have two batteries, View attachment 2107700View attachment 2107700View attachment 2107712just my opinion.

If you only had 12.5 V, there was no charging going on. Are you sure you didn't fix something else while you were there? Maybe the belt was slipping on the old pulley or the wiring wasn't fully connected.

Ok

Picked up a 2010 Ford Escape AWD Hybrid as a DD for 3K - I like it a lot! 32mpg on a recent 1200 mile road trip. Landcruiser now sits locked and loaded for off-road camping trips at a moments notice!

And on a different note, rented a nice big shop for my business this morning. :)

We spent the day at Galleta Meadows in Borrego Springs. Been several times and its a must-see as it never gets old. Just a small sample of the 130+ metal sculptures to view scattered throughout the desert.
