This is the poly line above the tcase. Much easier to get to this if you do it without the CDL (top) portion of the actuator installed.

this is defintely a side effect of re-gearing nobody talks about. I have noticed this as well with a past build.

following up on this thread. How are you guys liking the Racks? Besides the hardware not being as sleek as others, Its hard to beat that price point! I may order one and just get different hardware for its to be more subtle.

You didn't really say what your usage would be. But the TKM rack is certainly on the light duty side. @mmm635 If heavy load/use, I'd be concerned about denting the roof.

I just did my 94, cut to fit off the longest rubber. OEM is the way to go. I also got new hardware too, nothing better than tight fitting flares with new gaskets and hardware! I'm a with flares sort of guy.
