yea i have the milspec units, and some high end stereo terminals but these look to be the ticket, thanks again

I finally got around to installing my SDHQ battery terminals. The new negative terminal was provided with the inboard connection. I had bought a 6 gauge grounding cable from Autozone to replace the grounding cable from the terminal to the fender.

I've been shopping for something like that as well.

:hmm:

The 100 is a lot more comfortable and roomier than the 80 series. We have a 2007 and it is the nicest vehicle we have ever owned. With that said, I won't sell my 80 series until I am too old to get in and out of it. It really fits my style of wheeling.
Exactly. My neighbor has a creampuff 100, but he doesn't want to sell it. Yet.

I put on 37's.

No worries.

Exactly what we're thinking. An LX470 would be great for the family, on a daily basis. The 80 is pretty much a trail/camping rig, at this point. My LS gets driven 100 miles, 4 days a week, and the comfort is unbelievable.
My brother in law is thinking about selling his LX. It's a nice truck and only has 103K miles on it. Built enough to go play but mild enough to be a comfortable daily driver.

That looks like a very good all-around-use truck.

Yep, good looking truck. Is he in Utah? What year?
Yeah he lives in Mapleton. It's a 2003. Here's what I can remember about it:
AHC removed and replaced with OME heavy kit
Slee Diff drop
ARB Sahara Bullbar
Slee Sliders
4x4Labs rear bumper with dual swingout (spare tire, ladder, fuel can basket, hilift mount)
Warn 10K lb winch
ARB rear diff lock
Clean interior (grey leather)
Powder coated (black) factory 18" wheels
Nitto Trail Grappler MTs with lots of tread left (295's)
Some minor paint chips and pinstriping consistent with the age and for a cruiser that gets used.

He loves the truck and the only reason he's considering selling it to replace it with a 200. He's not 100% comitted to selling this one unless he can get what he's wanting out of it so it's not going to be a bargain buy. But it is one of the cleanest, low mile 100series with a nice buildup that I've seen so I don't blame him. Probably gonna be priced in the mid $20k range.

That is a really well set-up truck with all of the "must-do" boxes checked off already.

Drawers would be about the only "add" and they are not necessary. A fridge would be however

Keeping with my redneck/farming background :hillbilly: I “repurposed” leftover shelving and an old dog kennel for a cargo barrier. This isn’t load bearing, just to keep loose stuff from falling in when the fridge is pulled out.

Cable ties are a wonderful thing and I need a welder. This will serve for the upcoming trip.

My original 246k mile front oxygen sensor was responding pretty sluggish so I swapped in a new one. It wasn't bad enough to trigger a CEL yet, but it was quite slow to respond. Hopefully the increased cross counts will help mileage a bit too.

Incredible sunset. Beautiful cruiser. All the right colors. A good day.
