Statistics are just numbers..... I know if I ever have a bear charging me I will be using a revolver that can't jam. I am not risking my life on the chance that bear spray will or will not work
I vote spray...spray with the Benelli.

Statistics are numbers based off of real life experience, not individuals “that won’t happen to me” theories. I know there are a lot of people who can’t accept that bear spray is better, I’m just trying to spread the information. I live in NW Montana and see bears frequently in case anyone is wondering.

In my experience a loud noise will almost always drive them off. Then again I am out in CO and we don't have "real" bears to worry about here.

I'm always more worried about the two legged predators lurking about. @Cruzilla has it covered though the Benelli is a universal solution (and I'm also jealous he owns one).

I got new u-joints, tie rods ends from @cruiseroutfit. My driveshafts balanced and new bolts from @NLXTACY its amazing how much smoother everything feels with the driveline angles straighten out.

Whatcha doin with that Chinook?

It is my son's, he is going to be building it up for life on the road. He found it for a song, and its a great platform to start with.

Came home after a week of traveling to find that the neighborhood birds have taken a liking to the Prinsu Rack and it clearly hasn’t rained.

No pics, I rinsed it off. But I’ll give you a visual: Looked like a drunk guy had taken the truck for a spin and lost his whole bowl of frozen yoghurt.

You’re welcome.

I took my 1996 80 to ride for the first time at Hollytree in Huntsville, AL. Just bought the vehicle a few weeks ago and wanted to see what it was capable of. I was incredibly impressed. It was able to crawl up very technical rock trails with no problems. I am looking forward to adding upgrades in order to make it an even better rig. The pictures below are from this weekend.

Anyone know of other great spots to ride in AL or surrounding states?

Check out the local Alabama clubhouse. We have monthly meetings and rides. There’s plenty of places to ride in AL.

Drives like an 80 from the performance and ride standpoint but the driving position is all 70. It is on the 76 at least.

Spot on exactly the same drive between the two IMO
The 76 is nicer equipped with electric door locks , windows, and a factory winch.
