Besides the slow leak in the ps on the 80, I have a similar leak (but much worse) on my CJ, going to test it out on the jeep first. it was dry this morning, put in ps fluid and the sealer product, had it running for a few hours today while I prepped the plow, lots leaked out. Says it takes a while to work, will see what happens. New pump is in waiting if I must. It's a bit cold outside to be messing with belts and lines. Thanks for the tip.

Bars leak did not work on the CJ PS pump so replaced the unit, now back to the 80 ps pump. I posted earlier looking for advice on which way to go.....

I can come up with ideas (sometimes plagiarized...) but I’m smart enough to know my limited abilities with steel so I pay Jason to build cool sh!t. My truck looks sh!tyy enough I don’t need to cobble more stuff on it! Haha

Consider using a NEMA 4 electrical enclosure bought from CL or eBay for cheap. That way it has a seal built in and you have a ready-made housing.

Been there. It's a good idea to fully weld around the end of the brace tube as well. Not my prettiest weld for sure, but it's held strong for a couple years now.

Parts that got replaced:
High pressure PS line (Gates), Fan Clutch (OEM), All motor and transmission mounts (OEM), steering stabilizer (OEM$$ b/c most aftermarket ones don't have ball joints), Front Diff fluid replaced again to rinse out birf grease after blown seals (fixed two weeks ago)).
Also, my pockets got lighter. Been working too much to work on it myself so my mechanic got paid. I can't wait for work to slow down a bit, and warmer weather so I can wrench on her myself. When I do my own work I will post pics, and / or when I finally get to take her off pavement.

Valve cover gasket replacement this week. Just keep moving through the base-lining checklist. The spark plug seals were leaking badly. Once I got the cover off I could see why, they were very brittle.

Dieseled the drier out of the way to prep for the new bumper. Lines didn't crimp and new compressor just showed up, so I guess I will find out if it pulls a vacuum shortly.

Finally got me a RTT for my Bowfin Cruisers Rack. HITENTS Expedition Grade Rincon model with annex. I still need to get the annex extension and ladder extension but looks great, going to test it out tonight. By the way yes it was also a pain to mount the tent on the Bowfin rack as is with the Prinsu due to the lower profile.

Let me know if you'd rather just upgrade the ladder to a telescoping kind from Tepui. The Tepui ladder will extend to 8'6" so no extension is needed. It's also lower profile and you won't need to drill any holes in it for pins.
