Looks sweet with the lights in it!

Still need to grip tape the top and steps, but ran out of time. New press brake showed up and I had to run to denver and grab it from the port.

Amazon has big/lifetime supply rolls of the grey 3M stuff reasonable.

I have one of those rolls from my sliders. Been great stuff. No peeling, super extra gripy.

I also got my rear bumper fully wired and installed, and the top grip taped.

Love the look.

Thanks, that's about an inch lower than where I have mine modeled at, but I'm not accounting for tire deformation once it has weight on it and that the actual diameter of a 37" tire is usually a bit short so I'm still probably pretty close to you on height. Been working on my link setup and playing with the calculator more and will be asking some questions tomorrow.

What’s next?!

And skid plates. The confuser and valve body for the 8l90 is literally an 1/8 of an inch from the bottom of the trans pan, and I really don't want to see those two meet.

1/2” taller than mine on a 4” and 35s

This gives me hope.

Good to hear. I figured I was around a 4" lift. Packaging that suspension without touching the body was a PITA, BUT I have about 4" of uptravel on the rear and 4.5" up front. No idea on droop numbers, but more than enough for a full body rig.

:)

2.25" wide at the top, 1.5" at the bottom. 1.5" tube to match the front fenders.

Should be a relatively easy set of bends. I hope.

I will be wasting about 2 ft of material to do this in one shot, but oh well. Sacrifices, or something.
