As best I can tell the crank pulley for the old supercharger kit is 7.6875". That's just from a tape measure though.

Agreed! I wasn't aware of these differences until I bought a used kit and looked into a rebuild.
Well, if someone gets desperate it looks like there's readily available rebuilt units for $600-$800.

It's in the mail now. They haven't looked at it yet, though I expect around $600 or so. Maybe a bit more since the rotors have some wear. The wear worries me that the case might be worn too. That's why I'm weighing my options. I'll let you know when I find out.
