On the topic of TRD supercharges, does anyone know the country of origin? Were they manufactured by kazuma or eaton? I can't find much online.
So are there any TRD Superchargers left?

No trying to be the all knowing one... but i would not hold my breath. I've heard this story before.
Well my info comes from my sources internally at Toyota so take it as you will.
it is not a personal attack on you at all, i was in the same boat a few years ago where i kept hearing from VERY reputable toyota sources that they are starting the next run of superchargers any day.... months went by, more time went by, i kept hearing again that Toyota has said they are going to release it soon... after a few more months i finally had my source say, well, the discussion has kind of stopped and i doubt they will in fact release it again, so good luck finding one.
Replacement parts are going away. Not indicative of a re-release......

I just bought one of if not the last PTR29-60960 and I think Tony Divino Toyota in Ogden UT has a PTR29-60950.

That may be, but the postnever said Toyota would be the ones producing the parts. It is completely plausible that they allow a reputable 3rd party to license or buy the design specs and rights and allow them to manufacture SC units and parts. Hoping for the best.
again, i'm not trying to crucify anyone here, just stating what i've learned in this lesson from the past. He did pretty much indicate that he was getting the scoop from Toyota. Yes, he didn't specify that Toyota would manufacture, but i would venture to guess that if another release comes they will probably have nothing to do with Toyota at all. Maybe a blower manufacturer got smart and saw a spot in the market to capture some sales.

It is not toyota producing the kit, they have to sign off on the rights to produce it.
If you have a company that can make all the parts why don't they just make their own kit? It won't be licensed or sold by Toyota so why does it matter if they use their old antiqued design?

Scottryana look back to the beginning of this tread. Magnuson superchargers made the TRD kit. I inquired with them to see if they could ask Toyota if they can licence the kit, so they can sell it as a "magnuson" kit or whatever. They already have all the tooling, it just belongs to Toyota. Lets keep our fingers crossed that this works out.
My point was it could be done much better if it were redone by a competent company. It isn't the '90's any more. A lot of things have changed.
