Reason I ask I want to add them to my spread sheet so when it is time for the swap I have everything in one place.

Stock oil pandid you use stock truck oil pan or you got different one ?
I wouldn’t say it doesn’t work because it absolutely does. To think you can have a 100% bolt on no problem LS or LT swap is unrealistic. The only thing I’ve had to do was swap headers and space out the gear box. Hell the factory crossmember even lines up.Out of curiosity, any word from Tor on why this particular fit doesn't seem to work as planned?
That's fair. I was just surprised you needed to since Torfab's site specifically says you won't:I wouldn’t say it doesn’t work because it absolutely does. Ya I mean “technically” they fit but I did not like how close it was to the drive side frameThat's fair. I was just surprised you needed to since Torfab's site specifically says you won't:
"I assume I’ll need to source 5th gen tight fitting headers. Any recs? You should use the truck or SUV manifolds that come with your donor engine"
Really just selfish curiosity since I'm planning something similar.
I went a different direction and dropped a Cummins in mine. A lot of the wiring deletes will be the same between the LS and Cummins. I have a couple of post showing how I did mine and included a pdf attachment with all my delete notes. When you done with all wiring please do one more video about wiring. What need need to be deleted what not. Tomorrow I'm going to pick up L86 /8l90 with 57k miles. I'm so excited
