I was thinking about speedometer cables.
I am going to try the 83710-90A15 from the '85-'87 60 series.

Thanks Matt, LMK if you find any pictures of a factory light.mr. Pablo ,
have you given thought yet to as where your in-dash OEM Green 4WD Indicator Lamp of one OEM kind or another will fit , form and function cosmetically ......
,
i have seen non-usa FJ55's / FJ56 / BJ56's with the Baby-KOITo chrome trim-ring'd one , ill try to dig up a tech pic......
did 1967-1972 FJ55 's ever have a Green 4WD indicator lamp of any kind ? im not sure .....
it would be super killer-kool if there was a provision or knock-out location in the cluster-meter gauges pod .......

Funny you say that, we were just down at @Cruisers and Co and got a ride in one of their turbo 1FZs - whoo-whee!When does the turbo go on?
Thanks man.Such a great looking hog
TJ, i have found this highly modified pair of old mountain bike shorts to work rather well. No welding and can be adjusted as needed.Like I said, a lot of hot air enters the cabin when the transmission cover is sitting back for or five inches. I feel like air just washes right through the engine compartment, over the exhaust manifolds, and then right on in!
Why do you think they are black Bob?? Still functional in more than one way.Free of Skidmarks n
I hope

Goodness no!Pablo, did you ever find a split case pto for the winch?
@scrapdaddy - I also need to find this in one of the boxes in the garage and figger out where to stuff itAnd then I came into a ARB compressor thank you to @Laughingjackal
Time to figure out if that ARB in the front axle that came from @FJBen can go into the rear of the Pig. If it has to stay front, I would probably stick it in the front of the 40. The 40 already has Aussie in the rear.

I will go and find it.Can't remember what I did. It would be in my build thread
While I fully endorse the value of extra shorts, I don’t think this will block all of the heat.TJ, i have found this highly modified pair of old mountain bike shorts to work rather well. No welding and can be adjusted as needed.
If for some reason you need a pair of shorts in a pinch, you have a spare set riding along with you.
