Thanks. I had originally lined up the BB to the timing arrow and not the line below the BB. Made the adjustment and it fired up! My poor battery went through hell before that adjustment

Well, I spent the morning chasing after leaks. Looks like my radiator is leaking somewhere near the lower tank. So what's a good replacement? Champion aluminum radiator? Spectra brass? Toyota OEM? Do they still sell OEM radiators?

Could I ask you what brand and type of paint was used on the rig? I make the assumption that you had a base/clearcoat shot on it...??

Yes, it's a base/clear paint. I think it was PPG Shop-line.

Yes, but not for a 40. I think it was a stock color for 1985 70 series.

Managed to finish the exhaust and pulled her out of the shop until I found out how squishy the brakes were. Need to do a longer bleed I guess.
