For those of us running custom front driveshafts the OEM studs are just barely long enough to get full nut thread engagement even with leaving out the washer. Anyone have a P/N and supplier for a 10mm longer studs that fits?

Front range offroad has ARP studs that are longer
Misunderstood…thought you were discussing drive flanges

A buddy of mine kept breaking hub studs, so he drilled and tapped deeper into the hubs and used 10mm x 50 or 60mm, grade 12.9 socket head cap screws.
The original threads in the hubs were partly drilled out so there was full thicknesses straight shank of the bolt embedded in the hub instead of having a stress riser from the thread root at the hub/ flange mating surface.
The socket head cap screws also had a lot more thread engaged in the hub, and still used the OEM cone & flat washer .

Not an issue with Tom Woods DC front.

Machine the yoke bolt hole down to .290” and enjoy one thread protrusion.
