You could wrap the unit but the water flow is such that it exits over the exhaust manifold on its way back to the radiator.Nice work! Any news on when your IC will be available for Magnuson owners? So this first kit will have the larger MAF with the pink wrx’s?Update: the MAF for the TRD charger has been finalized and all engineering is complete. I'll be putting together a kit to fully outfit the TRD with all the modifications. I had custom silicone elbows made so the run is limited to 25 kits.
This week I'll be installing the landtank charger and designing the intake pipe. Once done and installed I'll begin finalizing that fueling system.
Great work. I have the original scaled kit and very pleased with it.the new MAF on the left is slightly larger that the original Scaled MAF with a slightly better tune. It still uses the WRX 425CC injectors.
The one on the right is an even larger MAF for the greater flow that my SC will produce. I cant properly test it without the increased air flow. I did base line it today but the performance suffered some.
