Finally used the 3D printed shakey mirror fix from @Outsane . Sure enough one of the tabs was broken and the bottom screw hole was crumbling. There was evidence of past repairs in the form of gobs of dried silicone. The kit fixed both problems...
There are places in Moab I was glad I had lockers.
The low gears in the transfer case were also very nice in Moab.
I also got 17mpg on a tank on the way there from Cali.
So I am pretty happy with the transfercase regear.
Replaced Rear U-joints, removed Viscous Coupler and put in Speedo gear to match my 33" tires. Found the o-ring on the speedo gear shaft was leaking so glad I had a replacement for that.
Installed the @Delta VS mouting plate to be used for in cabin air compressor switch relay.
Made some brake line spacers for @Kabanstva these may help any one with bolt on sliders.
