All buttoned up and running well! Put a mechanical oil gauge to verify, looks good to me! 30-50 psi. I did the shim “washer” under the oil pump relief spring trick. Not sure if it is actually boosting the oil pressure up a bit or not.

It's alive! Feathering the throttle onto the freeway is a whole new experience. (Also, looks like I'll get to keep it - at least for a while.)

Plastic-dip works great. Total project time was 3 hours. Did 7-8 light coats and taped off the back of the handle where the "smart" part of the unlock is.
