Shed time tonight.
Removed the passenger side guard.
All bar one bolt came out super easy.

Get to start tearing down ready for the roof and gutters to be welded in.

Are there any links for those who have profiled the roof edges?

Amazing. Even the kid on the web conference is amazed...

I don't recall any threads about rain gutters, but I am looking forward to seeing how yours turn out! You are making new from CAD, yes?

Pending on what engine you put in you might not want to cut the engine mounts out.
I'm waiting for the cab to land on the chassis before I relocate the engine. It's a 1FZFE so likely needs to move back towards the cab.

And tested the winch fitment.
Utilised the toyota tiedown point at the winch hook carrier.

Will design a bit more once it's on the body to visualise.

Few more hours on the 55/80.
Repurposed the winch mount to fit the 55 chassis.

How did you decide to cut the frame? Or did you?
Ill be taking the chassis to a shop to be cut and shortened. Unfortunately I don't have the space or tools.

This will be around late November when I finish the cab
