As mentioned during our phone conversation, those are casting ridges, not cracks.Well thought my gear oil leak was from my front output seal but after replacing it and still getting oil inspected further to see cracks in the Tcase.

Sure enough the bolt has hand tight.

Removed bolt and put some RTV on the threads and tightened it back in. Checked all the other bolts and they were good.
I see mostly non-OEM bolts …… but that particular one looks like a bolt for the AA adapter.What bolt is that doesn't look oem?

Looks like 2F Flywheel bolts on the output housing.
Personally I like to drill and helicoil the AA adapters up to the Toyota M12 size and use the OEM Toyota bolts to fasten the transfer to the adapter. Especially behind a torquey engine like a 4BT. The cheap and undersized hardware (and frequent lack of dowel pins) is the biggest fault of their product in my view

Thanks Georg! You were right about the casting flaws. Super awesome to have experience on this site! That loose bolt was the source of the split case fluid leak.Very cool. Have a great trip!!!!
