If anyone is interested in trading their Land Cruiser or LX470 (prefer 2004 - 2007) a very low miles (~31k) 2002 Mercedes SLK32 AMG roadster. Life with a toddler has made it such that I don't get to drive the AMG except once a month at best.
If there is any interest, I'll be glad to update the post to add pictures and details. Otherwise, here is a picture of a identical vehicle for the moment (mine is the same year and interior/exterior colors).

Finally bit the bullet and had the timing belt, water pump, and serpentine belt changed. This thing is ready to go, look at the craigslist ad or the list below for all the recent work done.
This is my secondary vehicle and I'm only selling it because I want a plow truck (and the wife won't let me have 3 cars...). Comes with functional Locking center AND rear diffs. I bought this car from a family friend whose teen had been in a fender bender with it. I replaced the headlight and fender but didn't see the need to replace the hood for a dent (see pics). Previous owner had kids so there are some stains around the interior but I've cleaned it up pretty well. I have the running boards if they are wanted.

Here is the story: I have a want to buy thread here on mud. I've been looking for this specific vehicle. It popped up a couple weeks ago, and I bought it. I live 5 miles down a gravel/dirt road, and we are in the middle of the worst drought ever. I am very particular about my vehicles, and after owning this cruiser for 5 days and already washing is twice, I know black is not going to work for me. I am going to build a 100 series to hopefully keep for quite a while, and I don't want the black to drive me crazy. I thought it was what I wanted, but turns out I was wrong.
This truck has had 2 previous owners, has a clean carfax and lots of toyota dealership service records. The 90,000 mile service was performed at Don McGill...

After an agonizing process that has caused great strife in my home, I've narrowed my car search to the LC and LX. Without going into great detail, those two rigs have everything I need. I'm looking for a 2003 to 2005 and I can spend about 18k$. I need the car to be pretty "clean" because the vehicle will not only be our primary family vehicle, but also will be used for professional purposes (I'll have ranching folks in the car who I dont know) and I need it to be something I'm not worried about. It needs to look good - seats etc.

I'm putting a feeler out to gauge interest. I am considering selling my stock 2005 cruiser. It has a pinch over 160k and is in great condition. No cracking or tears in the leather. No modifications at this time, although I did upgrade to Hawk pads. She's located in Denver, CO.
Mobile 1 is the oil of choice, and Royal purple for greasing the driveshaft.

We are brokering an 05 Land Cruiser for a guy that purchased a new LX570 from us. **TEXAS VEHICLE....NO RUST!!** Carfax/Autocheck are both clean, no issues. However, previous owner did have some minor body work done (front bumper, hood, fender, door repainted). NO FRAME DAMAGE....just cosmetic. I have built up a 03…sold it, couldn't stand it so I bought a '06 and built it. Still hadn't learned so against the better half's suggestion….sold it.
So it is a given that I am a slow learner.
Looking for a '06 or '07 preferably. Would consider the right 03-05. Certainly wouldn't mind one that someone has started on (bumpers, lift, sliders), or if the right stock one came along.
