I think they sold for quite a bit more, but last week a really nice pair went for $350.00. I stopped bidding around $250.00.

these are fj55 stock oem new mirrors? do you know what year? mine are 1970.....
Those aren't anything special, but I'll give you $100 anyway.
I believe they are all the same, as far as I know.

I hope you don't have to give it up. I know how rough a pig build can be even in the best of financial times. If you have to get rid of her, don't try to sell it. You'll never convince somebody that the weatherstripping alone is worth 2 grand. Part it out. I know it's a lot more time and work, but you'll get a lot more of your money back and you can probably sell every last bit of it right here on this forum without having to deal with ebay.
Now since I was so much nicer than everyone else and gave you such terrific advice...can I have your weatherstripping?

ebay user is nbguppie26k4, I started a thread in the 55 section to list all the parts, doing a little at a time as I go through the pile.
not everything will be going on ebay and I am open to ending the auction if there are no bids on the stuff, so open to offers. For the rare stuff I will probably just keep the auction and let it ride but the other stuff that is already available I am open to offers. I sold a 55 headliner just the other day this way.

I hate to hear it man, life throws you curve balls sometimes. I parted out a '73 I was working on ~2005 along with the associated horde of parts I had build up over 4-5 year, still kicking myself on those parts I had no idea how much harder to find and more expensive stuff would become when I bought another one. Just keep that in mind ... gotta do what you gotta do.
I'm interested in some of the rubber, really need some fixed window rubber. Hope you don't sell it all as a lot ... but that's just me being selfish
