Nah, just use a grinder and then a flap disc to finish it off. It's important to leave the inner seal in the axle housing when grinding so you can test fit using the whole birf and axle combination. If you only use the birf you will most likely...

no, it is meant to put out automotive fires, thus not causing more damage to the vehicl like a standard extinguisher does. You can get them on summit racing. Cheers
