There is a little fitting inside the aftermarket expansion valve and it was not seated correctlyWas the Evap Core leaking or the connections/Evap valve ?

Did you dump the mineral oil out of the new compressor and replace with the equivalent PAG 46?

@wngrog - Any tips you can provide on the inclinometer install and splicing into the harness? TIAAlong with the bumper ends came new hood bumpers all around. View attachment 3166195

Then another first for me. Inclinometer. Found a harness diagram on Mud and got it spliced into the truck and all installed.
