Took off bikini top and canvas doors, put my soft top and original doors back on for winter. Took a test drive and found my rear heater is not turning on! Rear heater hot but fan no go. Front fan works excellent. Man, I just took it apart last winter and serviced it. worked great. What the hey?
The joy of owning a vintage vehicle!

I couldn't find her post either but I think this was the brand
yep it’s that company but i know there have been covers purchased that don’t match properly. i had one for my fj62 for example that i had to modify. they’re great covers for the price but i just don’t want the hassle of customizing it. i’d rather just get it to fit right off the hop

New speedo drive gear installed and I finally have a working speedometer/odometer.

I also remembered I have a two post lift. I've been crawling under this thing cuz it's so easy to get under it, but lifting it made things way easier 🤣🤣

Doing a little tidying up here and there.
Cleaned up the Koito wiring harness with the help of @cruisermatt and his Koito light relay and fuse brackets.
New steering wheel cover with a nice baseball stich. These things look amazing! Thanks @Aloha Jen for the right size info!View attachment 3769842
I'd like to see details on how to do the baseball stitch. When I did my Wheelskin cover awhile back , I just followed their instructions and while I'm not unhappy with the results, that stitch is just better. Once mine was on and warmed up in the sun, I was able to massage it a bit and align the stitch a little better than this pic shows.
