I love the smell of new tires in the morning, it smells of...new tires

I took some pictures of my interior. I really need to clean it.

Received a package from VintageTeqParts. As always, packaged with lots of care and included a little schwag.
New Koito Fog Lights.
I have a brush guard on and it has a couple auxiliary light mounting tabs welded on, going to try this location. Had to fab up a bracket to make it work. Now just need to get everything from the switch, to the relay to the lights wired up.

I have one. Ready Wares made the roll. Super stiff, waxy. Custom embroidery. It will leave a wax stain on a hot day.

Calm before the 3 pm storm
Nice to have something shiny in the engine bay for once. New OEM refurb regulator, heater valve was last weekend.
Stay safe all.

Had a few fuel pumps vapor honed and sent off for plating! Ill have to find a before pic, but needless to say: that vapor honing is awesome!

Interesting, I've never heard of vapor honing, I'm going to go hit the google-fu and learn something. Those pumps look amazing.

At some point, is so much easier just sharpening drills, and keeping the boxes complete, than it is to go thru a smorgasbord of buying individual drills, and drill sets. There are a few things not mentioned in the guide that I've already solved, but, this is the way to go.

A machinist in the Navy taught me to do it by hand, but, rarely do you get the kind of symmetry required to not make oversized holes. A good skill to have, but, a total disaster for working efficiently.
