It looks like the bonnet is tweaked, as if it was bent upwards a bit along the front lip on the passenger side. Are there any upward dips in the lip near that side? If so, straightening the lip might help pull that side down a little closer towards the top of the bib.Looking good, but that bonnet shape is a bit weird.
Old thread but was wondering if anyone came up with an easy solution?

MIKKELSEN, check the Hi Lo switch on the floor for the headlights.
You can just pull the connector and jumper across the connector. Should be an easy check...Good call. It seems to stick. Or bind. I am going to test it. I ordered a spare last night just in case. Didn’t like the feel of it.
