Looks like a 45 in need of rescue

Looks like I need to get to 501 Elk Valley Road Crescent City CA asap!!! :D

The last one on the flat bed, isn't that a FJ25?

A couple of good rare upside down bezels. And a 45 that that might have more rust than mine, lol.

Who’s making a parts run? That front bumper with the Cali plate would be nice.

But don’t trespass, dog might bite.

If it wasn't for the later Cali license plate I would have said they were refugees from the tidal wave that hit Crescent in the 60's.

Yea the one one the roll back was a 25 on the other side of the house was a nice old troopy but I could not get around to get a good look or pic. And yes ther was a big dog but the owner was on the phone watching me but he did wave !! Oh yea that is the correct address!!!

My 69 is a hunting rig and I use 4wD when I need it. It is also fun to drive around town. As such and because I did not like the look of the roll bar, I took it off. It had a lot of attachment points and seemed solid but it was only attached to the tub. To each his own, but I like it better this way. Took the hub caps off as well; I like the black; tougher look by my eye. Of course, a guy just walked by and said "nice J##p" :bang::bang::bang::censor:

New purchase old winch... totally stoked as it works very well with no weird noises or anything. My need is to respool both.

One is a warm winch 5676 and the otter is an old belleview warn winch... both work so now I have replacement parts

All in all I spent 250 for both in the past 15 years and haven’t installed either :-(.

I have all the cables but not going to run the manual solenoid knife switch... sold that many years ago not relizing how hard it is now to find.. but it is only a manual soleniod.. I’ll build a better system and I do have the three cable and the dash mount for the cables

Decided to give it a real deep clean on the inside. including removing seats, gas tank, etc.
Sprayed it down with cleaner degreaser, then hit it with my pressure washer.

So I got it super clean, then kept going and removed the heater, Not gonna need it for a while so I figured Ill pull it for a resto.
Once I cleaned everything I decided to go ahead and raptor line the floors. Just the places where your feet go, and skipped the very forward foot wells because I still need to do some metal work up there.

Going to paint the roll bar and jump seats tomorrow. Then add the new upholstery on them, then bolt all of it in.
I did leave the patina on the wheel wells, but I cleaned them up and buffed them a bit.
Looks pretty rad... :)

Oh, and I deleted the rear heater lines. Going up for sale in a minute...

oh and I found 12 guage shotgun shell and a .38 round hiding under the gas tank. Added them to the collection. :)
