Made it home from the first big road trip in the 80. 807 miles round trip. Beach, swamp, camping and wheeling. Found these on the beach.

I defeated my 0401 code. Yup. Lets smog this puppy. I'm glad I have not large hands cause it's a PITA to get under that intake plenum. Also had to work by feel reconnecting all the vacuum lines under there. The new VSV is currently just ziptied to the black motor brace until I get time to cut an aluminum tab to mount that sucker mo betta.

I spent all day trying to figure out why the rs3000 doesn't lock/unlock my doors.
This was my second day long attempt and like many before me, I officially give up.

While I was troubleshooting, I did go through all the connectors in the DS kick panel and opened up them up, emery boarded the posts and added dielectic grease. More than a few had green crud. My guess this was from the windshield leaking for year before I got this rig.

Do you carry that flagpole with you or is this a regular spot?

Did you do the @firetruck41 windshield sealing?
