Eshu, your truck looks great !!
1st State- My Kaymar goes thru a hole drilled in the plastic bumper end, looks good though !

Do you have a pic? Probably looks much better that way.

took advantage of the beautiful day in denver to wheel the workbench out in the sun and set up my new front gears. thanks to kurt at cruiser outfitters for making sure they got to me in time to install them today. went together smooth and test drive was great!

Got a bunch of crap from the pick n pull. Picked up about 20 toyota switches for future tinkering, 5 12v outlets, inverter and aux 3mm outlet from a Matrix, plenty of factory color wires, bags of fuses and dash/switch bulbs, fuse box from a Cherokee, 60 series front bump stops, and some LC sun visors that don't sag (only problem they are gray and not tan).
I almost took the non sun roof gray headliner from the 92 they had but I didn't have a helper. I don't use the sun roof and would like to some day remove it.

Went to HomeDepot and picked up a tree...

Got 1/3 of my exhaust hacked out. Finally installing my EMS powered exhaust. No bolt left un rusted. Thanks PennDOT! Hopefully finish tomorrow.

Trying to find some time to do the permanent hood blackout this weekend.

Today, wifey had a baby shower to attend.

Tomorrow, wifey has asked me to work on the bathroom reno...

I think I may sneak out some time during the day tomorrow for some "me time."

Well, I got the rest of my exhaust out, only to find my rear heater hoses crumbling. Not sure how they didn't fail while driving. Ended up cutting out the rusty segments and replacing with heater hose. Now to put the exhaust in.

I drove mine to Physical Therapy at 7:00 a.m. to confirm that my shoulder wasn't ready for several hours of trail riding later that day. So, she sat at home while I rode shotgun in my son's Cherokee. :crybaby:

1stState, here are some pics. I need to take it apart and do some clean-up and repair, still works well though.

Finally was able to get the hood bed lined.

Much better than the Plasti Dip solution.

Ahh man I'm jealous!!!!... I'm free next Sunday let's wheel!

I took my 80 camping and it's first real four wheeling of any type. We climbed muddy hills, was able to flex the suspension to the point of slight rubbing, was able to utilize lockers in a couple spots, crossed creeks. I like her even more.

Installed new O2 sensor, topped off the knuckles and lubed the joints...

I am liking the blacked out grill and light bezel...
