That popped up on my marketplace. If the maintenance is even half up to date that seems like a deal
It is a Deal
If it wasn’t 1000 mi away I would grab it.

Ok, not me. But am planning a trip down south. Want to hit Uyuni in my cruiser and drive the flats. Has anyone here done that in their cruiser? Someone said all cruisers go to Colchani, Bolivia.

Any frame mods/cutting needed for install of the front bumper or is it just plug and play?

FRONT is plug and play. Remove the stock bumper and brackets and install mine.

REAR keeps the rear crossmember but have to notch the lower portion to accept the 2" hitch receiver. Other than that, its plug and play from there out.

One of the projector shrouds came loose during some washboard on a trip, used the opportunity to upgrade the high beams. Quad projectors now, with 2.5" morimoto HB LED. Not an easy install, required cutting a large amount of the reflector to mount the projector without it hitting the glass lens.

Probably the original steering shaft seal and fuel filter. I replaced my shift indicator with a nicer used one when I bought the truck, but found out they still make the 93-95s(?).

Where did you source the shift indicator? Please.

I watched a lot of videos, this guy did better than most:

There are three methods I see people use in videos, heat gun, hot water, and steam. I tried the hot water (not boiling) and didn't get great results. I was afraid the heat gun would burn, but it didn't.

You put a spring through the hose to avoid kinking, and a heavy spring holds heat and helps with the melt. This one worked great for the 5/8" heater hose: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BPP2ZLVK

I've done this with a few hoses and got the best results, by far, from the Goodyear/Continental HYT-Black. It's a commercial grade hose, chosen by ChatGPT as I prioritized durability and formability.

Test on small pieces to get the feel of it. I used the high setting on my heat gun, 3-5 minutes from all sides, as I held or clamped the hose into an exaggerated bend of what I wanted. The hose and spring get very hot and you can feel the hose start to yield. After a short wait I used gloved hands to hold the piece in the exaggerated bend and dunked the hose and spring in water. The hose will spring back slightly, but mostly holds the position where it cools.

Thank you VERY much for this Sir!

New wheels. After 7 years of beadlocks I decided I don’t really need them since I don’t air down past 10 very often. Went with the Method 703 bead grips. Had a buddy machine the lip that holds the center caps.

I've only seen one 80 that had one (mine).

I started looking for them 20 years ago, when I bought my 80: both are long gone.

Now available on the site if you need that extra touch.

These are a pain to clean the supports from, but worth it.

I finally mounted my AEM AFR gauge. It has been wired for months but riding around the center console. This location wasn't my first choice but it's the best visually. I'm hoping the red digits aren't too bright on the long dark country roads.

Do you make these for aftermarket Whiteline front or rear sway bars?
That's exactly what these are for the upgraded 30mm bars.

If you have the oem anti sway bars @Delta VS has some coming soon

Replaced a leaky pinion seal on my front Diff. Watched a few videos on how to do it but rather than using a hammer / drift to install i used an old outer wheel bearing race / galv pipe flange and then just tighten the pinion nut to drive it in - much easier this way and dead straight. (thats not the pinion nut BTW, just showing the order of placement)
setup below,
