A couple of tie rod ends didn’t survive the teardown. So I ordered the pitman arm puller for next time. :hillbilly:
I’m learning.

@OffRoadScott
I am really taking my time.
Position 4 jack stands - 1 hour
Teardown both sides to spindle - 4 hours
Realized I need a bench vise - 1 day
Teardown both sides completely - 4 - 6 hours
Parts at buddies shop for parts washer - 1 week
Clean repack birfield - 2 hours
Ordered moly grease from NAPA - extra day
Got races in the freezer right now.
Going to buy a brass hammer tomorrow.
Holy hell. You must be incredibly drunk at this point

Installed a flowmaster 10 with turn down before the rear axle. Installed a 2nd used freashly painted fuel neck/tube i got from cruiserparts. And as soon as i pumped gas in it it leaked like a running faucet from the bracket area that bolts to the tub support :bang:

Broke 2 straps last weekend on some dumbass so i went to the offroad expo and bought a 30’ 28,000 pound snatch strap/rope. Made in arizona and warranty as well. Bought a soft shackle as well. Came in a nice carry bag and seems to be VERY well made. They had a heavier duty model but i only had so much money. Hope i never have to use it! Lol

Specs were up to 48% stretch, up to 16mph jump on it. 16 mph sounds like a LOT of speed.....

Looks like a small rope... I wouldn't trust it. :)

Replaced the paper clip power steering cooler (recreational wrenching). Also replaced the fan belts, I noticed they were pretty done... Took longer than twenty minutes.

I should have just gone snowboarding as usual.

Oh, and washed it: there were literal salt stalactites forming everywhere.
