How in the hell is it that I don't have a Trail Tailor sticker @reevesci but @LS1FJ40 does? What gives?

Oh, and if you're still coming down this weekend I'll take one the knuckle rebuild kits off your hands as long as a sticker accompanies it.

I supposed I should add a sticker that says "Protected by Springfield Armory". Who am I kidding?! I live in Mayberry. If someone wants to steal one of my fire extinguishers or EMT kit then more power to them...

I know that spot. I would have been there too, but since they changed the permit deadline to a month earlier under my nose I missed it (!). Will be picking one up after Labor Day. Glad you got out there

Oh that so sucks! I was wondering where some of you cruiser guys were this year, haven't seen ANY. I actually missed it too but then on advice of a guy at the bait shop I wrote a letter to the head of the state parks dept (and dropped the name of a mutual friend). I wasn't the only letter writer as a phone call to his secretary later confirmed. And then on the day I went to pick mine up she showed me a stack of at least 65 APPROVALS that never showed up to collect their permits. This was the last day to get one and they were all going in the garbage at 4 o'clock.

I think 37s look too "American" on an 80 Series. 2" with 35s or stock with 33s.

Garden cross spider. Insect eater, drops from web it disturbed. Yes they bite if provoked, no it's not poisonous, and completely harmless to us. Great to have around the house and garden.

Well played @JCruse you are a smarter man than I am. I wish I'd thought of that and known someone on the inside.

And that stings to learn about all those unused passes. My in-laws have been in town several times this summer and I'd have happily camped on the beach each time if I'd had the pass (as well as other times). Eagerly awaiting Labor Day, after which I think I can finally pick one up. I can pick one up then right?
