Ouch! That is certainly a bummer. You could try @David*BJ70, he makes rear quarter panels: For Sale - [CAN-QC] BJ70 rear quarter panel (HZJ / LJ - 71/73/74) - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/can-qc-bj70-rear-quarter-panel-hzj-lj-71-73-74.808281/Sad week for my beloved '89 BJ73... A senior citizen failed to yield at a stop sign and pulled out right in front of me as I was cruising along at ~40 mph. My brakes locked up, car rotated sideways, and my back right corner slammed into her front left. No one was injured, but her Ford Escape was totaled and despite significantly less damage to my BJ73, the truck is left with the following bruises;

I'm posting this here in hopes of finding any viable approach to repairs. Does anyone know where a rear RH quarter panel can be sourced for these vehicles? I know, I know, this thread is not in the right place for that question, but hoping to get the best visibility here and any suggestions from the 70 series crowd. It doesn't look like this panel is available new-old stock anywhere (checked popular online brokers already, but would be delighted if I am wrong). Seems like salvage parts, anywhere in the world, is my best bet.
Anyone know where I could find one?
I have some replacement quarter panels for sale , these do not come up all the way but to halfway the air vent which should be enough to repair your damage .Sad week for my beloved '89 BJ73... Thanks Joe, my first swing at this is to find a full panel replacement. If not successful, good to know you have some that could replace the critically damaged area. I will keep you posted!I have some replacement quarter panels for sale , these do not come up all the way but to halfway the air vent which should be enough to repair your damage .

I have still only one done, its just so much funNo pictures but I ended up removing the RTT from my HZJ77 for a little while. I kinda understand why people don't really keep these things now because I can't remove or install it by myself and they take up a lot of room.
I will also be doing some work on the fender flares. One flare needs to be replaced and all four need new rubber gaskets. Reading @Blomdala's thread inspired me to get this done. Will post that stuff up when I get to it.
73 body panel will be the same as the current iteration 71 series. 71 series rear quarter assembly is still available off shore. Shipping will be double the cost of the part.
If you are not in any hurry I can get full oem replacement panels for the 73 but they come at a high cost and the earliest I can get them in the US would be February March 2022 . Shipping from Texas to you will be completely your responsibility alsoThanks Joe, my first swing at this is to find a full panel replacement. Not sure Dan , I know a place in Europe where they have some possible nos sitting , was going to buy some 73/74 doors from them also but having a hard time writing the checkThe only currently available panels will have OEM flare mounting holes, correct Joe? Those holes can be filled to suit 74s and early 73s as required.
