There are no 7x trucks where you can blast the Eisenhower or maintain speed on the I-70/I-25 corridors. It’s just not going to fũcking happen.

This x a million.

I’ve done this with multiple 1hz 70 series and it absolutely sucks. So bad that I sold all of the them shortly after (no idea why I didn’t learn the first time around)…

I have a love hate relationship with the 1hz. I’m sure it’s a brilliant motor but it freaking sucks here in CO.

Just be honest with your expectations otherwise you will be disappointed!

If you live in Texas where I am, a 1HZ NA is doable but again, I would never be daily driving it in Colorado.

Have IQs just decreased immensely?

I WAS JOKING AND BEING UTTERLY SARCASTIC AND IRONIC in my post.

Man. I sometimes question reality.
Just busting your balls and reminding you that there are many 7x variants you haven’t had the pleasure of really experiencing where they shine the most . I absolutely love my 70 series but one of the reasons probably is that I also own a full size truck to haul stuff and a 911 for when I need to cover a lot of distance fast because the 70’s drop the balls for those things .

So it should work pretty good at Sea level, flat ground to take my Dog to the Beach 😉

Why is everyone in such a damn hurry? 😁
I’ve always viewed the 70 Series as a “go slow and enjoy life” kinda vehicle. There are thousands of vehicles with no soul that can go fast if that’s your goal.

Hello,

x2.

Apparently, the notion of stopping and taking time to smell the roses is slowly fading away. Too bad.

I've got two 70 series for sale here in the US.

I'm currently 5800 miles into a trip with my 200 series and a Saudi carbureted FZJ80

I've not been in a situation yet where my 200 has walked off and left the 200 hp carburated 1FZ. It's a gas eater but it will take care of you.

They are both around 200,000 km. Fully built. Fully maintained. Ready to sell.

$50,000 for the shorty. $55,000 for the 75. I'll have FS ads for them soon. Lots more than that invested in both. Freeing up cash to bring more in from Meshal.
