Mounted up some KM3 33x10.50x15s.

Thinking about a 2" spacer instead of the 1" ones I had to run to clear the tie rods. They tuck in a bit too much and the super skinny look makes them look even more tucked. KM3s are a dream to drive on compared to the MTRs that were on the truck. Hard to believe they're a mud tire.

Those look great. I really like the looks of those BFG's but we get snow and ice here and in the past those tires have been seriously unimpressive, if not scary in those conditions. Although I haven't tried the KM3's yet.

Hauling another 7x project back to Texas, this is a new HZJ79 cab. Stole my wife’s JGC and left her with my 100 that gets 10mpg, this little fella gets around 20 mpg with the loaded 20ft trailer cruising at 75mph

Gotta ask, where you dropped that off, and ballpark how much is that for a rebuild?

Glenns Wheel Polishing in Tampa did it. Glenn is the guy to talk to there....been at it a LONG time and he's a great dude.

Retail is probably $125 each but don't quote me on that. He did me a favor on them as we do a bit of work with them.

It's a cool process....stripped, repaired if necessary, powder coated silver, CNC lathe work to achieve diamond cut finish, clear powder coat.

They look WAY better than I ever remember these wheels looking....as a kid I always wanted a 4runner with these wheels. They have always been a favorite. Now I've got them and they're on a truck I am absolutely loving.

More goodies in the mail. :) Finally have a instrument cluster that correctly matches the components of the truck.
I would like to personally thank @Locked79 for his assistance in sourcing this item.

Would it be possible for you to PM me the sellers info? I am eyeing that stock bed in your photo. My 75 has the typical Aussie tray on it and I want a "stock" one.

Swapped out the Damper that came on my 71 with a OME 24 Damper. Steering is a lot tighter now and I’m sure it’ll feel better on the highways with 35s.

And squeezed in time to mount up the sliders I’ve been working on. Didn’t have time to finish cleaning up the welds to the frame so I’ll be completing it later this week. Pretty happy with the way it came out though.

Hey rich does the throttle have a little key to hold it and turn the cable? Mine looks to have a key hole but just spins on the cable.

There is a little spring steel clip built into the cable, shame my throttle pedal doesn't have the bracket to connect it up...should have checked that first :(

The beds are not for sale in the pic but I bought 2 new ones in Europe last week that will be shipped to the US later this year.

Nice! Are the pigtails mostly the same between old vs new clusters? I assume there's some difference due to the sub tank gauge. I might try to source one too, just want to know if I need the plugs too.

Always nice when there’s a nice hole to make a tree disappear into....
