Saw Black Flag last Friday. Yeah, I know that Greg and Henry have battled over the name, lawsuits, etc. I will say this though. The new Black Flag is better in every way than they were when I last saw them back in 1984. Mike Valley rocked the vocals and unlike Henry Rollins, he's actually a nice guy. Greg Ginn plays those crazy ass notes as well as he ever did, even though he now looks like Mitch McConnell. The rhythm section was tight and crisp. Good show.
