He is a member here and I have seen him help people solve problems. Skunkworks NLS stuff:cheers:. Have also noticed many people comment he's helped them with parts.

@ToyotaMatt is a great guy. He always goes out of the way to help. Give him a call at his shop if you need help finding parts. He is a wealth of knowledge, and his stuff is great.

Matt is awesome and super helpful. He's taken extra time to help me troubleshoot problems. PM him here, he will get back to you.

Agreed. He just got back to me this evening on something we've been going back and forth on. He said he's playing a lot of catch up. Mud is usually the best way to correspond with him.

Has anyone had good luck with getting parts from VintageTeq parts?

Received a delivery from VintageTeqParts today. I was so impressed by the packaging I had post about it. The lengths went to secure the contents was incredible - tripled pouched and then wrapped in copious amounts of bubble wrap. Suffice to note, the parts arrived as promised and in perfect order. Have no hesitation in doing further business.

I have ordered parts and some came very quickly and others took a bit longer than expected, but Matt kept me updated all along the way - something every vendor could learn from. Communication is key,

Fortunately, there are other vendors on the board who are also great communicators.

I am just glad we have vendors supporting us in keeping what we do viable.

And, this being MUD, vendors who don’t support us are quickly identified and receive less than the best reviews.

For Matt, keep buying his stuff so he keeps supplying us stuff,

Darn this sounds like a public service announcement — Ugh

Not to rant but I think all reviews on experiences are needed, good or bad.

I was not as fortunate as others or previously when I purchased some items early last month. Ordered and paid, no comms for a month despite me trying various communication channels.

Had to escalate the issue up via several PayPal tiers and only when we got to a refund/claim stage this month I got notified that the order shipped. No response to my emails yet so don't know why this happened.

Same here...ordered two locking gas caps on 2/27/21 and they’re still not here. Emailed 2x and still no response. I’m hoping that this is an isolated incident. Anyhow, I’m going to give it another week before I escalate with PayPal.

I wouldn't freak out. He's a small shop and I imagine it's hard to keep up with orders. Probably perpetually a couple of weeks behind processing. Like he says, it ain't amazon. Too many of us are getting spoiled by that weirdness.

Matt is a great fellow, and everything I’ve purchased has been quality.

And, he scores bonus points due to his tremendous heritage. ;)

Yamas!
