- i have figured out that you ordered a Brass Barrel Stop 8/80 - Later style choke cable , that matched the Trole-Hole carburetor you had at the time ...
- switching up , and back to the Early Phillips Head set screw style air horn choke butterfly set up makes the later 8/80 one NON-compatible ...
- DO NOT simply cut the brass barrel OFF , as the strand wire cables themselves are 2 different lengths , the early one being 3 inches longer ,,,fyi

Received one order and placed a new order on august 11
I have a lot of personal experience with Matt, and I can tell you that you won't find a better resource of 40 knowledge. He probably has that hard to find part that you are looking for too. You might have to wait a while and you might not hear from him for a while, but chances are that you get your order promptly. But one thing is for sure, you will get it and it will be proper. If you know that going in, you will be rewarded with a great product and deep knowledge. We are lucky to have him.

I hadn’t ordered anything from him. I had a trollhole carb and went back to an OEM carb and asked him about switching out my choke cable via text. Also did you live in GA at one point?
Hey Onur, I'm not saying you're not having a difficult time. If anyone has a time-sensitive project waiting on parts that won't come, I feel your pain. But at least the parts are being made available.

I have dealt with orphan car specialty shops who are essentially single sources for certain parts, and they can be complete A holes. Matt can take a while sometimes, but he doesn't treat you like crap during the wait.
