Those with electric power steering- the drivers side plenum/vent included with the kit is going to be a big workaround. Ill make a bracket for a round vent or slimline instead of using it.

Also- the main plenum sits too high to fit with the lower dash pad in stock form on this 71. I trimmed the lower edge to fit and she slides up into place.

Aesthetically I prefer the new kit- from an install standpoint, Gen IV all the way.

I guess the design was for stock and not electric steering.
On that side…. I ended up trimming both the plenum and the bottom edge of the dash pad. Not anything that’s a deal breaker but definitely not straight forward.
 
With the blower inside the cab, how loud is that system?
It’s probably the same blower as the gen IV and not that bad, you hear it but not annoyingly loud. I haven’t fired this one up yet.
