Fleet farm had a great deal on a Milwaukee m18 set awhile back. Drill, driver, grinder, circ saw with batteries and packout. I use all the m18 stuff for work and home.

So I may be a bit confused, what‘s new, but the 69-73 taillights are different sized than the 64-68 taillights, and so are the associated cones. (And the pre-64 taillights are also different and smaller than the 64-68).

These are the correct style brackets for smaller tail lights. They're not oem, but the right shape, and heavy duty.

Update, a few thousand miles later and I am still bumping around in the Stout. I added some mud flaps and had to replace a coil. Other than that, all is peachy.
Couldn’t find the tube clamps for a bit. Had to resort to the ladder to look into an OLD box of stuff.
Found this 1964 jewel, complete with the little clamps that hold the vacuum tube to the fuel line:
