I think my AC dishcharge line may be leaking. Tested it today and 0 Freon in the system, and that line looks oily. I called all the parts stores and no one could get it. Toyota wants $115 for it. Rock auto doesn’t have it. Any suggestions on finding it for less than the dealer? Or am I going to have to bite the bullet.
make sure the leak is in the line and not on either end where it connects..... Cover in soapy water, turn on and look for bubbles.
@uzj100 or any other 100 owners ever had brake failure.
Not entirely sure of the symptoms since its Andrea's DD and I rarely drive it, but she said all of a sudden an alarm went off... as well as many dash lights and the brakes lost all power. Luckily she managed to drive into a side street and coast to a stop without hitting anything.
MC is full so no leak or line blow out.
I'm guessing either pump, accuator or MC has gone out all of which I know is ridiculously expensive to replace. In the middle of a few reports so I haven't had time to research i'll check this thread again later at end of work.
I swear closing on house on friday and now this and the lexus is needing a new air shock... my vehicles can pick some great times to have hiccups.. lol

Definately do not drive. Its well enough discussed that im well aware as an 80 owner. Sometimes you get a hundred stops after the alarm. Sometimes you get one. Believe its the pump but its all combined as a unit.
The piece has been up on NC craigs for a while. Also the asheboro cruiser guy on craigs has a unit up but for more $. Maybe try and find it from someone that doesnt know oem cost
AAA to save the day. If its the pump I may just have it rebuilt locally its just basically a 12v motor. Thanks for the heads up.

Yeah 1200 for a new one... not sure if I want a used one since there was no warning at all. She said it just was alarm and then no brakes. Luckily it happened at that moment for her to quickly hit a side street.
I did drive it in Sunday and it stopped fine like it always has.

Agree on used concern.
Is that just the pump?. I thought it was more (26-3200) and all integrated. There might be a difference amongst the years as well.

My 80 has a leaning problem. On flat ground the rear passenger measures about an inch lower that the drivers side. I started noticing it about 3 months ago. Other than a blown shock, what else do you all think the issue could be?
