do you just throw the angle iron in the bender? does it kink or distort at all?

Yeah I saw those too but wanted something a little more beefy than the plastic flares, but they are an alternative.
I'm thinking about springing for a set of these...
Are you shipping the little short cross tubes all ready notched on one side to better fit the main tube?? Sorry i cant quite tell.....

Only issue I see is fitment on the cut angle of folks' fender wells. Everyone would have to cut the angle of the kit. If you bought the kit (Or the finished product) and you already had too much cut you would have some fabbing to do.

Yes just been real busy at work will have final word this week garunteed.
I was planning on cutting the short sections long so people could adjust to their liking.

I kept hoping he would follow through and make them as I wanted a set also. There are a lot of talented people on here so maybe someone else will pick up on the idea since the interest is here and make them. This might even be something MetalTech could sell in a kit and completed form. It would fit in with their other products!

I jsut finished adjusting my suspension and jumped in the shower and dcided to try that route myself and have a muffler ship bend me some of the exhaust tubbing and I can weld on the tabs and order an ARB top or use a cone Kand N on top. I am mostly concerned about sucking in dust from dry dusty trails.
