The PHH task sucks, but I think there are worse tasks on an 80 series. It took me quite a while to complete the "wiggle and snap" step for the upper bracket on the hard line.
Maybe you’ll get lucky and the hardline will have been “wiggled and snapped” by the PO.

hopefully not, at just over 211K, I do not think the cooling system was maintained by anyone down there.
The hose clamps on the PHH will tell the story if it’s ever been done.

Nothing too crazy today, just did some small things.
Pulled rear seats, and measured for a sleeping platform extension to the drawers.
Cleaned garage in prep for cooling system work. (Not that the 2 are really that related, was just a massive mess)
Ordered a cup holder (bh3d)
Made a little keeper thing for the hi-lift jack, doesnt do much for front to back movement, but it keeps the handle in place:
(Will see if it is effective in the future)

Getting all sorts of ideas with what to do on the 12v system.
Things like:
Converting the 2nd row ash trays to chargers (while retaining the factory lid on them)
Will likely be putting an order into solve function some time soon to get these for the front:

Those will be an excellent USB charging location until I pony up for the wits-end stuff :D

HiLift makes a nice rubber handle keeper FWIW...

I had mine tied with a red shop towel for awhile, then a volié strap, then I bought a high lift handle holder thing. Cost as much as my rusty Jack I brought back from the scrap pile.

It’s waaaay nicer than the shop towel method, but sucks for wiping up spills.

Back from the muffler shop, they welded things up nicely!
New O2 mounting points front and rear, and new O2 sensor in the rear.
Once I get the ABS harness fixed in the front, I wont have any more dash lights 😎

Decided to crack the gas cap back open, and the wooshing has returned, I had "cleaned" the charcoal can per the FSM, and that helped for 3 openings of the gas cap?

Probably going to put the VC120 in unless there are other suggestions

What is this 'ABS harness fix' you speak of? That's my last light as well...

Sorry, the fix is fixing when I burned through my harness on one axle while I was trying to loosen up the soft brake lines :D
No ABS disabling stuff :)

Just going to patch in some new wiring when it arrives

Thanks, I haven't troubleshot mine yet but thought the harness was likely the culprit and that they are fairly expensive . A warmer weather project.... good luck!

I enjoy my ABS disabled and LSPV removed braking system quite a bit.
