Door cards go to the cutter next week. These will be 1/8" aluminum and allow all the OEM items to be re-installed; map pocket, arm rest, handle, window handle, etc.

Should have pricing and a lead time soon.

Jason
Jason any chanceof cutouts for door speakers in rear passenger doors?

And thanks again for the front seatbelt receivers, they are going to be a nice improvement over the originals.

Steve,

No speaker holes. Too many sizes to deal with. Be an easy mod for the end user though. Drill a hole and jig saw out the size needed.

how are you planning on handling the window trim (felt/rubber sweeps) and the lock trim when you replace the full size door cards?

These will not be full panels. They will be below the felts.

J

More or less like this.

Just clip the pins on the felt into the door frame. I've done it a few times. Its a little tedious but work fine. Or IIRC, order the 70 series felts and they will work as well @red66toy.

J
Yup, if you don't want the inner chrome lip like the 60 strip has, you can use the 70 series strip which is all black. It also has little clips that need to be trimmed to work but not hard. 70 series inner door window felts

J, @NookShneer yes I will post pics. I have matching carpet for the drawers. Once the sides are made I will send them to the mfg for reproduction and an assistance credit. I'm very pleased with the quality on these drawers. I have a 200 member wanting to start a group buy already. I know production lead time is 4-5 weeks and then another 4-5 weeks for sea freight.

Pricing will be around the 1050.00 mark (+/- 100.00) shipped to a business address. These have to ship via truck freight. The packaged unit weighs 198# and unpacked 165# Some pretty impressive packing on these.

I'll have a couple options:

Color--- Black and Greyish Blue
Orientation--- Fridge slide top, solid top, or full slide top

Quick question about the drawers and dimensions. Sorry if this is not the right place to ask. My 85 the PO installed some anchor points he used to strap down a couple of ammo cans for carrying trail spares etc. They are about 6 inches in from the cargo panels, I wonder if they would impede fitment of the drawer system? Sorry for the crappy pic quality

Looks like you'll have a couple of inches to spare on each side.

Is there a formal post your interest thread?

They look like a great option. I have some home built ones in the 80 that the PO put in there which are good but the 60 series in general seems to be crying out for something along these lines. Maybe its just me but I tend to take a lot of stuff with me out in the desert and it sloshing around back there never gives me confidence. Then when I go to a gas station or diner or the like I am paranoid about it all being on display sitting in the back, just feels like a big invitation to the less upstanding members of the local community.

My TOUGH DOG lift is finished up. Overall corner measurements are:

**(Measurements are from center of hub to wheel well.)**

F-DS--- 23.125"
F-PS--- 23.125"
R-DS---22.00"
R-PS---22.00"

From my newer stock showroom height springs measurements I got a 2-1/8" lift up front and 2-3/8" lift on the rear. I went for a 108 mile around town, interstate and a short BLM off road run. I can NOT tell you how pleased I am with the 41mm bore foam cell shocks and this suspension.

I've run most manufacturers of suspension out there (except EFS from AUS) with 4-5 custom spring shops and stocker replacements over the past 25+ years on several cruisers, jeeps, scouts and broncos and for my tastes.... this is the top contender right out of the box. Plus this is the BASE kit from TOUGH DOG I installed. Larger bore and adjustable shocks are available for the 60 series. Most of you know me and if there was something that stood out I would call BS and let you know what I think. As of right now nothing displeases me.

TOUGH DOG is no newcomer to the suspension arena. They've been building and improving on cruiser suspensions since 1984 around the world. Recently they were approved by Toyota South Africa and Middle East to be a Toyota OE replacement supplier and the dealerships are now allowed to stock TOUGH DOG products for resale in these areas.

Andrea will use Poppy over the next few weeks to continue to break in the suspension and I will update as time goes by.

33s were just ordered as well. The 30" donuts HAVE TO GO! This will only improve the ride more. One of the main things I'm really excited about is there is NO LEAN!!! with these springs...

Ordered all the materials for HD front sway bar links. Grade 8 fasteners and DOM tube with ES poly bushings. I have to make some for the 100 guys as well so I figured I'd tool up and spit out 2-3 dozen sets.

I'll make stock and extended for the 60s.

Poppy's front links look aftermarket so I need a measurement for an OEM link.

Jason

I was going to order the front and rear MAF extended links but now I might have to hold off. :) what measurements do you need?
