Be patient. It took a couple days for a call back last week.

Lance and Cam @ IPOR are very much in business. I spoke w/ Lance yesterday and he is sending me a package of DIY parts. You can always ring them a couple times until someone answers. If you leave a msg it might take a few days for a return.

I spoke with Lance a couple days back. Seemed like he was just busy running the shop. The phone was going crazy while we were talking. Great guy but guessing real busy. Busy is good!

Its not that they choose to take their time getting back to people - Lance and Cam are slammed. They have always returned my calls or emails about as soon as they get them - it just might take a day or two for them to get the msgs. Hold tight - they will contact you and it will be worth a few days wait. IPOR makes awesome products.

Also consider that Lance and his guys are getting ready for the BBRC Fall Crawl taking place this weekend. That means getting their rigs ready, along with tons of others from up and down the eastern seaboard. Once the dust settles after this weekend, I'm sure they'll get back to you.

Chris, I ordered some stuff from them and it was a little difficult communicating, but once the deal was struck, everything worked out just fine and their s*** is primo.
Hang in there,

Ed

First hand knowledge, I spent all day at IPOR, Lance and Cam where trying to get my 55 finished this week and we spent all day in the shop working on my 55 and they are closed today, leaving for the Fall Crawl. Email works well.

Thanks for the advice.. I'll be patient a while longer..

They sent me a pair of their 55 replacement rocker panels earlier this summer. The invoice for them arrived a couple weeks ago... I spoke to Lance at length at one time over power steering issues, from a product he didn't even sell me, he was just happy to help.

Your patience will be rewarded.

my pigs rebuild is due in great part to Lance and Cam; rockers, PS, 3rd row seat,.....kudos to them and always willing to help; be patient, they WILL come through!

FWIW I just recently installed one of their fold and tumble rear seats in my rig and LOVE it! It took them a long time to get it back in stock but it's a quality piece and they were courteous and helpful on the phone.

Well, I've not been as fortunate as some of you. I'm in the market for a rear bumper/tire carrier combo for my FJ45 LWB and learned that Lance and his team made one for someone in Florida. I must have emailed IPOR a dozen times over a 6 or 7 month period, with both PMs & emails here and their website with no luck.

I've finally given up and started looking for someone local.

I spoke to both Cam and Lance last night at the BBRC Fall Crawl campground. Both were saying how glad they were to be away from the shop as they've been so very busy the past couple of months. Cam even commented that he didn't do his grocery shopping for the event for him and his kid until they were somewhere in PA, and that that they didn't arrive at the campground until well after midnight Thursday.
Give it a try with them next week after the dust settles from the FC. I"m sure they'll be playing catch-up with everyone.
