Looks prepared for a great fun journey to take on anything in North America.
Don’t forget some coins for the toll booths. Have funny at Disney world

Canton Mississippi to Chicago has to rank up there with the most boring drives on the planet.

Set the cruise on 70 which is about 74 with the 295s and the computer called it at 14.1 mpg.

Played with the LRA. It takes about 45 minutes to pump 21 gallons.

Ate great. Las Tortugas and Lou Malanari’s

3 hours from rendezvous tomorrow.

200s are awesome road trip machines.

Chicago to Pentwater this morning was much improved versus the day before. Met up with Mike at his parents house literally on Lake Michigan. We jumped in the 1967 FJ45 I built for his dad and rode to Silver Lake dunes the back up to Pentwater.

After a great taqueria lunch in Hart we took off cross country to his in-laws house on Burt Lake.

There we visited and drove rhe 1967 FJ40 I built for him last year.

Great time.

Tomorrow the UP

We made our way back to Mike’s uncles place Monday night. Drank bourbon and ate bacon and eggs Tuesday morning.

The ride home was pretty much a straight shot. I made it to Missouri
IMG_2676.jpeg

Total trip was just over 2500 miles. 14 mpg average in the end. Love the new tires. Nice and quiet but mean looking compared to the Nittos

Got it all cleaned out. I’ll wash it tomorrow and put it up clean

The Whale sits ready in my shop. Daily driver duties are to my FJ80 and FZJ70.

Had to make a run to Ft Worth for a family deal and drove the 200.

Man. What a vehicle.

950 miles. 14.5 mpg.

@wngrog

Wonderful build thread, just went through all 30 pages.. after selling my slee built 100 and owning our white 2016 LC for a few weeks now this is right up my alley..

Love all the recent upgrades, Slee bumpers will be in my future on ours..

Are you still on factory UCA's? I noticed you had kept them initially when you threw in the Dobinsons. How are the MRR's holding up at this point?

I'll have to check out Ozark Cruisers shop, they look to only be a few hours NE of me.
